![]() I am very disapointed with the lack of communication and inability to contact someone there other then via chat. Then I will escalate with with credit card company. I do want the couch so I am giving them until the end of the week to ship and show a prove of shipment. ![]() They said the couch "should ship"by the end of the week. Today contacted them via chat and they said the coffee table order was cancelled - still no notification of cancellation. I followed up on Friday and Monday - no answer. ![]() My boyfriend contacted them end of last week to cancel the order, they said " they will request the cancellation". I tried to cancel online but again, nobody got back to me. That was 7 days ago and no one replied as of yet. When I have not received any information I tried calling - they don't take calls. The couch shipping estimate was 5-10 business days. No one comes to these pages to give a “good” review.Edit: Weeks later the refund is not showing on the credit card statement! Unfortunately I have had the same experience as most of the reviewers here. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE FEDS. I am reporting them to the OHIO Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and calling my credit card company to file a dispute. Doubting it will happen, like others have reported. They finally agreed to cancel but I have yet to see my refund. Tried to cancel and of course gave me the run-around. They will NOT answer their 800 number, EVER. Never got a status update so I called to cancel. They took my money right away and never shipped the item. Like others, I placed an order for a quick ship item. To all the others who wish to cancel or get your refund, I continuously pressed them for my refund with several emails telling them that I would contact the BBB and OHIO Attorney General. UPDATE: After 3 weeks the refund was posted on my credit card. They sell the same stuff that you can get other places so I’d say you basically should never use Burke Decor for anything. I’m going to wait until Monday & if I don’t hear from them I’m going to place a chargeback on my account. I definitely should have looked further into reviews of this company because they are basically all terrible.
